Trevor L. Cofer
- Trevor Cofer has more than twenty-five years of litigation and trial experience, which includes extensive work in the insurance defense industry. He has tried a number of construction defect, auto, and professional liability cases, many of which resulted in favorable or defense verdicts. He has handled large case loads during his career, from the pre-litigation stage through trial and appeal. He has represented various general contractors and subcontractors in multi-family and single-family construction defect matters.
- Mr. Cofer was a partner in a prominent defense firm in Colorado for many years and worked with another leading firm in Texas, before returning to Colorado.
- Additionally, he has experience in dental, mental health, premises liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases.
- In law school, Mr. Cofer was Marketing Editor of the Stetson Law Review and qualified for Moot Court at Stetson - the #1 trial advocacy school in the U.S. He also interned for Federal U.S. District Court Judge, Henry Lee Adams, in the Middle District of Florida.

Elizabeth Montgomery
- Elizabeth "Liz" Montgomery graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1999 with Book Awards for academic excellence in Civil Procedure and Legal Research and Writing. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College in 1995. Liz began her legal career as the receptionist in a local law firm and "rose through the ranks" to become the legal assistant to one of the partners for four years before attending law school. Also during that time, Liz completed a paralegal course at night and became a Certified Legal Assistant.
- Liz began her career as an attorney with a small firm in Boca Raton, specializing in workers compensation premium fraud before moving on to another local firm practicing insurance defense. In 2004, Liz returned to the West Palm Beach firm where she worked prior to attending law school, this time as an associate attorney to the partner for whom she was once legal assistant.
